Tim Burkholder
MA, LMHC, CSAT, MH15416
Tim's journey from computer engineer to counselor began with a profound question from a stranger: "They say still waters run deep. Is you deep?" After working at Lockheed Martin and serving in global ministry with Cru, Tim discovered his true calling lay in helping people navigate their deepest emotional waters rather than technical systems. He completed his Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and now specializes in sexual addiction, mood disorders, and existential crises, drawing from his own healing journey to guide others. Tim believes that emotions are like dashboard lights in a car—indicators that invite us to notice, name, and navigate our inner experience toward greater wholeness. When he's not counseling, you'll find him traveling (he's visited 30 countries), working on his half-built teardrop camper, or cheering on Orlando City with his wife Erin and rescue dog Loki.
