About Your Leader
Julia Sharp, MS, LMHC, is Co-Owner and Clinical Director at Charis Counseling Center in Orlando, Florida. She brings 20 years of deep clinical expertise and personal experience to this course (her daughter has ADHD). Her integrative approach draws from Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, narrative therapy, and somatic practices, giving her a uniquely holistic perspective on how to support children with ADHD and the families who love them.
