Tim Burkholder, MA, LMHC, CSAT

Tim has spent over a decade as a licensed mental health counselor and brings both clinical depth and personal experience to this course. As a 25-year-old engineer, he ignored his own emotions until they became a clinical depression, an experience that reshaped his life and led him into this work. His approach is analytical, framework-driven, and deeply practical, drawing on modalities including EMDR and his specialized training in emotional regulation and trauma.
